KONE is seeking an Operational Support professional to join the Heathrow Team based in Slough. You will work on a 4 on 4 off rotation from 6pm to 6am, handling general admin and service coordination for maintenance operations and sales support.

The role involves data entry, invoicing, and chasing missing timesheets, with interaction across managers, technicians, and customer service. English communication, MS Office proficiency, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Good customer service experience.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience with inter-office and customer communications.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for Heathrow Service Contract and Maintenance Supervisors.
• Generate daily reports and manage data entry.
• Process service orders, invoices and payroll-related documents.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with field teams.
