OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an enthusiastic Help Desk operator to manage requests for Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Works and Project Works across assigned regions in line with client and EMCOR Fire & Security requirements.

You will communicate clearly with colleagues and customers, monitor engineer responses, administer maintenance dockets and ensure timely follow-up actions. The role is fixed-term until September 2027 and located at client sites in the UK.
