Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a hands-on supervisory engineer to oversee the day-to-day delivery of fire and security services. The role is split roughly 50% field-based engineering and 50% supervision and administration, supporting CCTV, access control, intruder alarms and automatic fire detection across commercial sites.

You will lead a small team across Southern England, plan workloads to meet KPIs and SLAs, ensure compliance with British Standards and safety guidelines, and maintain strong

Qualifications

• Experience with CCTV, access control, intruder alarms and fire detection.
• Strong fault-finding, maintenance and repair abilities.
• Qualifications in fire and security or building services engineering.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and supervise PPM across fire and security systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform reactive repairs and upgrades.
• Deliver small works per contract specs and timescales.
• Supervise engineers and subcontractors across Southern England.
• Plan workloads to meet KPIs and SLAs.
