Residential Management Group (RMG) is recruiting a Heat Networks Manager based in Hoddesdon (EN11 0DR). You will manage external billing agents, oversee debt collection, and ensure accurate responses to customer queries about outstanding balances and billing arrangements.

The role suits someone with a property management background who can develop specialist knowledge in heat networks, with exposure to service charges, utilities, billing, or customer accounts.

Competenze

• Experience in property management or managing agent environments.
• Ability to read and interpret lease agreements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel at an intermediate level.
• High attention to detail and strong time management.
• Excellent communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to make decisions independently and with evidence-based reasoning.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer queries about the financial position of district heating accounts.
• Assist property services team with lease reviews and tribunal preparations.
• Coordinate with billing providers on tariff setting and debt recovery.
• Facilitate transfer of debt from billing agents into RMG processes.
• Attend meetings with key clients to discuss issues and plans for resolution.
• Provide training and coaching to colleagues around completions processes.
• Offer escalation paths for complex queries or problems.
• Follow and adhere to company processes, procedures, and policies.
