Residential Management Group (RMG) seeks a Heat Networks Manager to oversee external billing agents, drive debt collection, and ensure accurate handling of queries on outstanding balances and billing arrangements.
The role, based at Hoddesdon, requires knowledge of property management and an eagerness to specialise in heat networks, with opportunities to develop expertise in tariffs, service charges and utilities.
As Heat Networks Manager at Residential Management Group (RMG), you will manage external billing agents and facilitate the collection of debt. You will ensure customer queries are responded to efficiently and accurately regarding outstanding debt and billing arrangements.
This role is ideal for someone already working within a property management organisation who has a good working knowledge of the industry and is looking to take the next step in their career by specialising in heat networks. You may already have exposure to areas such as service charges, utilities, billing or customer accounts and be looking for an opportunity to develop your knowledge and become a specialist within the heat network function.
You don't necessarily need to be a heat network specialist from day one. We're looking for someone who understands the property management environment, can bring relevant transferable knowledge and is keen to develop their expertise in this specialist area.
You'll be working full time at our offices in Hoddesdon, EN11 0DR
