Job summary

People Group seeks a Densification Manager to drive new connections to existing heat networks in East London. You will own opportunities from feasibility to financial close, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically feasible and commercially viable connection solutions while meeting growth and decarbonisation targets.

The role demands strong project management, commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement with clients, authorities and industry bodies.

Qualifications

• Experience in project development, project management, business development, commercial sales or contract negotiation in energy, utilities, infrastructure or property development.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new customer connections to existing heat networks in line with business targets.
• Manage opportunities from initial engagement through to financial close and handover.
• Coordinate internal teams to develop technically feasible and commercially viable solutions.
• Develop customer proposals and lead opportunities through internal governance.
• Support the expansion of heat networks through decarbonisation projects.
