Great Places Housing Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Energy and Heat Network Officer to support performance, compliance and continuous improvement of heat network services. You will work with customers, contractors and internal teams to ensure reliable services, accurate billing and excellent customer experience, while supporting regulatory requirements and decarbonisation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Knowledge of heat networks, district heating, energy services, metering and billing.
• Experience analysing and interpreting data to support decision-making and service improvement.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex information.
• Experience producing reports, customer communications or presentations.
• Experience of metering and billing systems and service charge processes.
• Knowledge of heat network regulations and HTAS.
• Experience with contractor management and performance monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Support the effective management and operation of heat network portfolio, ensuring high service standards and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries related to heating, hot water, metering, billing and charges.
• Monitor contractor performance to meet service standards and targets.
• Analyse data to identify trends, performance issues and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate data collection, reporting and compliance for audits and governance.
• Produce and deliver customer communications about heat network services, tariffs and improvements.
• Support decarbonisation and compliance projects with customer engagement.
• Collaborate with teams, customers, contractors and stakeholders to improve services.
