Great Places Housing Association is seeking an Energy and Heat Network Officer to support performance, compliance and continuous improvement of heat network services. You will work with customers, contractors and internal teams to ensure reliable services, accurate billing and excellent customer experience.

You will analyse data to identify trends and drive improvements, coordinate reporting for regulatory needs and assist with decarbonisation initiatives, while benefiting from hybrid working

Competenze

• Experience in a customer-facing environment and building positive relationships.
• Ability to analyse data and provide insights for service improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Experience producing reports, customer communications or presentations.

Mansioni

• Support management and operation of heat network portfolio to maintain high standards, performance and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries relating to heating, metering, and billing.
