Job summary

Sonova Group is seeking a Hearing Wellness Advisor in Jersey, United Kingdom. This role involves directly supporting customers in their hearing journey while offering structured training and clear pathways for career progression.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C / 5 or above in Maths, English, and Science.
• Strong performance and customer focus.
• Ability to balance academic study with clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Carry out hearing screenings and pre-clinic checks.
• Support hearing aid maintenance, aftercare, and troubleshooting.
• Assist Audiologists with clinic flow and customer preparation.
• Confidently discuss hearing health and ear care products with customers.
• Manage administration, appointments, and customer records accurately.
• Play an active role in delivering a high-quality customer-centric service.
