Job summary
Boots Hearingcare in Brent Cross is recruiting for a Hearing Wellness Advisor. You will be the first contact for customers, conduct screenings, support aftercare, and help prepare patients for audiology services. Training leads to progression to QHAD and Audiologist roles within a well-supported framework.

Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English and Science.
- Strong performance and customer focus.
- Ability to balance academic study with clinical practice.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Carry out hearing screenings and pre-clinic checks.
- Support hearing aid maintenance, aftercare and troubleshooting.
- Assist Audiologists with clinic flow and customer preparation.
- Discuss hearing health and next steps with customers.
- Manage appointments and customer records accurately.
- Deliver a high-quality, customer-centric service.
