Qualifications
- Strong customer-service background, ideally in healthcare or retail.
- Ability to balance academic study with clinical practice.
- Confidence working with customers in a consultative environment.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm welcome.
- Carry out hearing screenings and pre-clinic checks.
- Support hearing aid maintenance, aftercare, and troubleshooting.
- Assist Audiologists with clinic flow and customer preparation.
- Manage administration, appointments, and customer records accurately.
