Job summary

BFB Labs is a London-based social enterprise combining clinical excellence with digital technologies to improve youth mental health. We seek a sharp Business Development / Service Growth Lead to scale our impact across the UK healthcare landscape, working with the NHS, local government, VCSEs, and private sector to place our solutions with the right people.

You’ll drive multi-year expansion, lead high-stakes stakeholder conversations, and build trust-based partnerships that deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Strong communication across diverse audiences (Commissioners, Clinical Leads, NHS teams).
• Ability to map partnerships and articulate social value and ROI.
• Experience navigating UK health landscape for scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Growing footprint: identify and expand market segments (ICSs, insurers, VCSEs).
• Lead conversations and influence conversion with data-led pitches.
• Manage relationships and contracts, balance growth with ethical considerations.
• Connect market trends to product/clinical feedback to improve offering.
