Belong. is partnering with an early stage health tech business in Leeds that helps NHS organisations find and adopt innovations that genuinely work for the people they serve. The role sits at the intersection of growth, partnerships and commercial strategy.

The Head of Growth will lead NHS growth across trusts, ICBs and national bodies, build lasting partnerships, and work with the leadership team to shape the market approach. This is a hybrid, Leeds-based role with regional travel.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of generating revenue in partnership with the NHS.
• Experience selling into NHS trusts, ICBs or national bodies.
• Strong network and credibility with senior NHS leaders.
• Understanding of how NHS decisions are made.
• Driven by purpose to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of the business across the NHS and shape the commercial strategy with the leadership team.
• Build lasting partnerships with trusts, ICBs and national bodies and expand reach across the region.
