Overview

We are looking for people who are caring, compassionate and love the challenge of a busy unit. You will be guided in your role by our friendly and supportive team. In return, we will provide the opportunity and support for both personal and professional growth, learning and development.

Responsibilities
  • To assist the registered practitioner in providing high quality compassionate care and assistance to patients/relatives and their carers, appropriate to their needs.
  • Responsible for carrying out tasks as delegated by the registered practitioner, who has overall accountability for delegating care.
  • To provide pastoral support to new starters to the ward in a kind and compassionate manner.
  • To use own initiative within the level of competence to complete day to day activities for the role.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • For this role, you will have to demonstrate excellent communication skills, display a positive professional manner, be adaptive to change and work well with a diverse team of professionals.
  • Interviews for this position will be held in person ONLY. Remote interviews will not be available.
