Nicholas Associates Group is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator on a temporary basis (approx. 3 months) to support the recruitment and onboarding of new employees within a healthcare/social care environment.

Location: Telford, full-time site-based role. This fast-paced position emphasizes safeguarding, compliance, and meticulous record-keeping to ensure candidates are fully vetted and ready to commence employment, while delivering a positive candidate experience and effective collaboration with

Qualificações

• Previous experience in an onboarding, recruitment, compliance, HR administration, or people support role.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and compliance within healthcare or regulated environments.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new starters.
• Manage and track pre-employment checks, including references, right-to-work documents, DBS checks, and occupational health clearances.
• Ensure safeguarding requirements and sector-specific regulations are followed.
• Liaise with candidates, hiring managers and agencies to obtain required documents.
• Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding systems.
• Monitor onboarding progress and address any delays.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout onboarding.
• Support recruitment and HR teams with general administration as required.
