Qualifications

• Proven around 4 years in business development or sales, ideally in healthcare, education, or similar sectors.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of latest trends in business development, marketing and technology.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and pursue leads across targeted markets.
• Lead consultative sales conversations with multiple stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract completion.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales activity.
• Collaborate with marketing to brief on campaigns.
• Attend industry events and webinars to promote services.
• Prepare reports and review sales performance.
