Job summary

Consortium Professional Recruitment Ltd, acting on behalf of its client, is looking for a Business Development Executive in Hull. The role offers a £32,000–£34,000 base salary plus uncapped commission and working Monday to Friday.

You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and manage your sales pipeline from inquiry to order, supporting ongoing growth in a multinational company.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage your own sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to order completion.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial agreements while maintaining profitable opportunities.
• Arrange and attend customer meetings and site visits to maximise sales opportunities.
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure customers receive outstanding service from enquiry through to delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using internal systems.
