Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through outbound calling and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and communicate benefits of services.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal.
• Follow up on leads to maximise conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline opportunities.
• Work toward individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and generate additional business.
