You will provide vital support to children, young people, and their families during difficult times, ensuring a holistic and caring environment. Key responsibilities include assisting with patient care after death, offering bereavement support, and collaborating with nursing staff. You will work as a member of our Children & Young Person's multidisciplinary team, ensuring a holistic package of care is provided to patients and their families, creating a welcoming, caring, safe and supportive environment for patients, families and all involved in the work of the hospice.
At Havens Hospices, we care for children, young people and adults with complex or incurable conditions. Our specialist Care Teams can support them and their family living throughout illness, death and bereavement in the comfort of their own home and through our hospice services, Fair Havens and Little Havens.
