About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support an adult with complex needs in a home/residential setting. This is a fulfilling and dynamic role offering the opportunity to learn new skills and build a meaningful care relationship.

Key responsibilities may include:
  • Clinical Task - Tracheostomy; Spinal Cord Injury; Peg Feeding; Ventilators
  • Personal and pressure area care
  • Supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing

You’ll receive full training and undertake shadow shifts to ensure you feel confident and well prepared.

Key Requirements
  • Flexibility, Able to work weekdays and weekends
  • Minimum 6 months of professional care experience
  • Right to work in the UKEnhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
