Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent level of experience.
• ILM L3 in Leadership & Management.
• Evidence of recent CPD.
• Experience of managing a team including appraisal, performance management and sickness.
• Experience of using SystmOne.

Responsibilities

• Leading and inspiring a multi-disciplinary administration and support team.
• Creating a positive, high-performing culture where staff feel valued, supported and empowered.
• Developing innovative systems and processes that improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Using data and reporting tools to support operational performance and continuous improvement.
• Managing recruitment, workforce development, performance management and succession planning.
• Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, prison partners and senior leaders.
• Supporting the coordination of clinics, health programmes and service-wide initiatives.
• Driving quality improvements and helping maximise the use of digital systems and technology.
