David Lloyd Group is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to oversee daily health and safety compliance and act as Duty Manager, ensuring smooth club operations. The role requires leading a trained team and coordinating with self-employed contractors to uphold safety standards.

You will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, promoting a safe environment for members and staff, and ensuring the facility meets the highest standards of health and safety performance.

Formación

• Strong understanding and experience of Health and Safety regulations.
• Experience in managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility.
• Experience in managing a team in a service led facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility)

Responsabilidades

• Ensure day-to-day health & safety compliance across the club.
• Act as Duty Manager and support club operations.
• Lead and train staff to meet company expectations.
• Manage self-employed contractors and service providers.
