Overview

Are you passionate about health, safety, and environmental excellence? We\'re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Coordinator to support our operational teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.

Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE policies and procedures across all manufacturing operations.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal standards.
  • Assist in incident investigations and ensure timely reporting and follow-up actions.
  • Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions to staff and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar HSE role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and best practices.
  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification (essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
