We are recruiting Specialist Care Assistants to provide one-to-one support for our client requiring tracheostomy care.
Unlike traditional domiciliary care, this role allows you to focus on a single client throughout your shift, providing consistent, high-quality support while building meaningful relationships.

Deliver personalised care and support tailored to the client's needs
Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
Support clients with complex healthcare needs, including spinal injuries and respiratory care
Administer medication and maintain accurate care records
Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns
Follow individual care plans and clinical guidance
Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life
A caring and compassionate approach
Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn new clinical skills
Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts
Right to work in the UK
Ability to pass enhanced DBS and reference checks
Previous experience in care and tracheostomy care healthcare
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Health and Social Care qualification
One client per shift
