HFH Healthcare provides compassionate Complex Care Assistants to support a sociable gentleman in his own home in Littlehampton, West Sussex. This role focuses on person-centred care with a strong emphasis on building a trusting relationship.

You will deliver tracheostomy care, suctioning and respiratory management, assist with enteral feeding and medication administration, and support daily routines while encouraging independence and community involvement.

Formación

• Previous experience in healthcare or complex care.
• Tracheostomy and suctioning experience desirable.
• Enteral feeding or respiratory care beneficial.
• Friendly, patient and sociable personality with good communication.

Complex Care Assistant – Tracheostomy Care

Location: Littlehampton, West Sussex

Pay: £12.71–£16.00 per hour

Shifts: 12-hour days (8am–8pm) and waking nights (8pm–8am)

HFH Healthcare is looking for compassionate and experienced Complex Care Assistants to support a friendly, sociable gentleman in his own home in Littlehampton.

Our client loves good conversation, has a great sense of humour and enjoys football (especially Arsenal!), cricket, classical music and crime documentaries.

He's looking forward to regaining his confidence and independence, spending time with his family, enjoying his garden and getting back out into the community.

We're looking for someone who will take the time to get to know him, share a laugh and support him to enjoy the things that matter most.

What will you be doing?
