Friends of the Elderly is a not‑for‑profit charity dedicated to providing excellent care with a family feel. For over 120 years we have supported older people through care homes and day care services, as well as granting financial assistance to those in difficulty.

Malvern offers person‑centred day care for people living with dementia. Residents can meet new friends and take part in activities they enjoy, with help and support from our dedicated and experienced care staff.

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a Health Care Assistant with at least 6 months experience in a care home environment. The ideal candidate is empathetic, respectful, self‑motivated, flexible, a team player, and willing to go the extra mile to enable residents to lead fulfilled lives. A real passion for care and an ability to build solid relationships with our residents are essential.
