About the Role

You’ll play a vital part in supporting our Headteacher and governing body, ensuring the smooth, efficient, and confidential operation of our busy school office. This is a varied role involving high-level administrative support, office management, and governance support. You’ll lead on the use of Microsoft Office, Arbor, and Google, oversee office systems and staff, and act as the first point of contact for a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As Clerk to Governors, you’ll provide effective support to the governing body, including meeting preparation, minute taking, and compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Highly organised, proactive, and reliable professional looking for a rewarding role in a vibrant school community.
