Job summary

Sofitel London Heathrow is seeking a Head Waiter to lead the Food & Beverage team and deliver personalised guest service in a luxury hotel setting.

You will supervise staff, listen to guests, recommend dishes, and ensure tables are cleared and reset promptly with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is advantageous.
• Strong supervisory and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
• Professional appearance and team player.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
