Job summary

Elite Hotels invites applications for a Head Therapist role at Tylney Hall Hotel. This hands-on position drives spa treatments, retail sales, leisure membership and revenue, while guiding and developing the Spa and Leisure team to consistently high standards.

The role requires a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification and flexibility, including weekends to meet hotel operations. You will manage daily Spa operations and ensure superb guest experiences throughout our facilities.

Job description

Manage the Spa & Leisure facilities to the high standards expected at Tylney Hall Hotel, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth, effective operation of all facilities.

This is a hands-on role responsible for driving spa treatments, retail sales, leisure membership, and overall revenue, while leading and developing the team to deliver consistently high standards.

A Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification is essential, as the role will include carrying out treatments when required. Flexibility is also required, including working some weekends to meet the hotel's operational needs.

Head Therapist Key Responsibilities:
