Elite Hotels invites applications for a Head Therapist role at Tylney Hall Hotel. This hands-on position drives spa treatments, retail sales, leisure membership and revenue, while guiding and developing the Spa and Leisure team to consistently high standards.

The role requires a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification and flexibility, including weekends to meet hotel operations. You will manage daily Spa operations and ensure superb guest experiences throughout our facilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Spa and Leisure Department
• Lead, support and develop the Spa and Leisure team
• Manage rotas, staffing, holidays and departmental coverage
• Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness and presentation
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene and operational procedures
• Oversee treatments, leisure facilities, pool operations and equipment
• Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively
• Monitor departmental costs, stock and revenue opportunities
• Support recruitment, training and performance management
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience
