Job summary

Tylney Hall Hotel is seeking a Spa & Leisure Manager to oversee the spa, gym, pool and leisure facilities to a standard that delivers outstanding customer service across the operation.

You will lead and develop the spa and leisure team, drive revenue through treatments, retail and memberships, manage staffing, rotas, budgets and stock, and collaborate with other hotel departments to maximise guest experience and commercial opportunities.
