Job summary

Avisford Park Hotel is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver a range of treatments in a relaxing environment. You will use specialist knowledge to advise guests on treatments and products, and support a calm, hygienic space within the Spa & Leisure team.

Applicants should hold a Level 3 Beauty qualification and First Aid certification; prior spa experience is desirable, with strong customer service and safety awareness in a leisure setting.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Beauty qualification required as minimum.
• First Aid qualification is essential.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a leisure environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of spa treatments to guest preferences.
• Create a relaxing, calm and welcoming environment for guests.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, tranquil spaces.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the hotel to maintain standards.

Job description

The Role of Spa Therapist

Avisford Park Hotel is located within 60 acres of grounds with 140 bedrooms, 15 meeting rooms and a fully equipped gym and leisure club and golf course for guests to enjoy, something for everyone.

The Spa Therapist will provide treatments to guest’s preferences in a relaxing, calm and welcoming environment.

The Spa Therapist will ensure that their treatment rooms are a tranquil space and clean space. As Spa Therapist you will use your specialist knowledge of treatment and products to advise guests making decisions on treatments and products they would like used in treatments and that they may wish to purchase.

The role requires someone who is either a Spa specialist with a Level 3 qualification in Beauty.

The Spa Therapist will ensure that all processes are followed within the Spa & Leisure and as one team will also interact with all other colleagues across the hotel.

Job Overview:

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of spa treatments, ensuring guests receive a relaxing and revitalizing experience. You will have a deep understanding of wellness practices and be able to recommend treatments tailored to each guest’s needs. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a professional approach, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in hygiene and treatment protocols.

Experience & Qualifications
