Job summary

Elite Hotels (Rotherwick) Ltd. seeks a hands-on Spa & Leisure Manager to lead the Spa and Leisure Department, drive treatments, retail and leisure memberships, and maximise revenue. You will manage rosters, coach the team and ensure exceptional guest service across all facilities, with weekend work as part of hotel operations.

The role requires a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification and a proactive approach to maintaining the hotel’s high standards.

Job description

Manage the Spa & Leisure facilities to the high standards expected at Tylney Hall Hotel, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth, effective operation of all facilities.

This is a hands-on role responsible for driving spa treatments, retail sales, leisure membership, and overall revenue, while leading and developing the team to deliver consistently high standards.

A Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification is essential, as the role includes carrying out treatments and working some weekends to meet the hotel's operational needs.
