Job Description

A Studio Based role require a Head of Workshop leader to add to their team, for a Design and Build and manufacturing consultancy that are creators of world‑class scenic construction in the world of Events, whereby they craft amazing sets, props, and other great designs out of their workshop.

What you’ll do
  • Oversee day‑to‑day workshop operations, scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Coordinate with Carpentry, Scenic, Metalwork, and Project teams to keep projects on track.
  • Manage logistics, including vans / trucks, storage, and material flow.
  • Lead and support the Workshop Lead, Facilities & Safety Coordinator, CNC Operator, and Van Driver.
  • Maintain high standards through QC checks, pre‑fits, and safe working practices.
  • Ensure the workshop and yard remain safe, organised, and compliant.
