Job summary

Gensler’s London office is seeking an experienced Office Experience Leader to drive delivery of an exceptional workplace that supports people, culture and business objectives. You will champion a welcoming, seamless and inspiring environment where every detail enhances productivity, collaboration, wellbeing and community.

You will oversee workplace operations, facilities, hospitality and office services, balancing operational excellence with a people-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in office/workplace facilities, customer service and team management.
• Experience in a large professional services environment preferred – creative industries are a huge plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Reputation for strong client/team support required.
• Event planning/management and hospitality experience is a distinct advantage.
• Strong facilitation, team building, relationship and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach and manage team members.
• Approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
• A demonstrated ability to partner with the business to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identify/implement efforts to help achieve goals.
• Strong project management skills, ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
• High attention to detail, organized with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Workplace Operations to create a welcoming and functional environment.
• Oversee Front of House reception coverage from 8:00am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
• Coordinate Health, Safety & Environmental responsibilities with regional leadership.
• Manage office services, facilities, hospitality and mail/visitor services.
• Organise in-office events, budgets and procurement for food, beverages and supplies.
