Job summary

You will own the commercial plan, collaborate with marketing, product, sales and service teams, and serve as the market representative to partners and merchants.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in B2B/payments, a proven track record leading cross-functional teams, strong analytical skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams to a clear outcome.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills, able to leverage data for strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the UK Small and Medium Business commercial plan to achieve KPIs across acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Develop and execute global and local commercial priorities with key stakeholders.
• Represent PayPal externally at industry events and advocate for the UK SMB market.
