PayPal, Inc. in London seeks a Director of Small and Medium Business UK to influence strategy at the executive level and drive long-term growth.

You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping the commercial plan and collaborating with marketing, product, sales and service teams to deliver measurable results. In your day-to-day you will own revenue and transaction margin targets, develop global and local priorities, and represent PayPal externally at industry events.

Competenze

• 10+ years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mansioni

• Act as an advisor or counsel to influence decisions and establish overall business/technical strategy for sales development.
• Spend significant time on strategic planning and drive the long-term success strategy of the sales development function.
• Develop and execute global and local commercial priorities with key functional stakeholders.
• Be accountable to Revenue and TM targets and represent the segment in market operating reviews.
