A pioneering organisation in the environmental sector is seeking a strategic, commercially astute, and forward-thinking Head of Sales to lead the launch and growth of its Nature Shares (biodiversity credits) proposition. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales leader passionate about sustainability and experienced in building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
  • Shape and deliver the go-to-market strategy for Nature Shares.
  • Establish the organisation's leadership in this emerging market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive sales performance.
  • Enhance brand positioning and develop a scalable commercial model supporting nature restoration across the UK.
Candidate Profile
