Role Overview:
As the Head of Dynamics Business Applications Sales, you will lead and manage the sales team responsible for driving the growth of our Dynamics 365 business applications. You will develop and implement sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and ensure the successful achievement of sales targets. Your role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on involvement in high-profile sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor the Dynamics Business Applications sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals and drive growth in the Dynamics 365 market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Set and achieve sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience.
- Oversee the development of proposals, including RFP/RFI responses, estimates, and sales collateral.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
- Provide thought leadership through marketing content such as whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
- Ensure continuous training and development of the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
