Job summary

Vanguard seeks a Head of Regulatory Disclosures to lead the end-to-end fund disclosure process. You will oversee drafting, review, approval and dissemination of Prospectuses, KIIDs, PRIIPs and NURS, ensuring timely compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will guide a team, manage disclosure-related risks, and partner with executives to implement governance improvements while staying abreast of evolving fund regulation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial services with regulatory disclosure expertise.
• Legal background or qualification is considered relevant.
• Strong management experience in leading a team.
• Knowledge of European fund disclosure requirements for Irish UCITS, UK UCITS and UK NURS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advance degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and oversight of writing, editing and filing of disclosures.
• Develops policies and controls to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Leads disclosure specialists and partners with business teams on production of Prospectuses and other disclosures.
• Maintains relationships across Vanguard and key stakeholders.
• Escalates and resolves disclosure issues; stays informed of regulatory changes.
• Ensures knowledge of fund and regulatory disclosure requirements across regions.
