Job summary

Coopman Search and Selection | B Corp™ is partnering with a leading hedge fund to recruit a disclosures reporting specialist for their London office. The role will build out the global regulatory disclosures function, supporting BAU reporting and strategic changes across UK, EMEA, APAC and the US.

You will work with Operations, Finance, Compliance, Risk, Technology and Front Office to oversee regulatory disclosures, drive improvements and implement new reporting requirements in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Proven regulatory disclosures/reporting experience within a hedge fund, investment bank, asset manager or similar financial institution.
• Strong understanding of regulatory disclosure requirements and reporting processes.
• Experience with one or more disclosure regimes (AIFMD, Form PF, SEC, FCA, CFTC, EMIR).
• Experience balancing BAU reporting with regulatory projects and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the firm's regulatory disclosure obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage BAU disclosures reporting, reconciliations, controls and exception management.
• Coordinate the production and submission of regulatory disclosures within required deadlines.
• Partner with Finance, Compliance, Risk and Technology to deliver regulatory change and reporting enhancements.
• Interpret new disclosure requirements and assess operational impact.
• Produce business requirements, process documentation and UAT for reporting initiatives.
• Drive automation, data quality and process improvements across disclosures reporting.
