Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Fund and Disclosure Analyst in London to manage disclosure-related activities, ensuring regulatory and fund documentation is completed accurately and on time. The role requires close collaboration with Product, Legal, and Fund teams across multiple workstreams, driving timely delivery and strong governance.

You will maintain fund documentation, monitor progress, and serve as a central point of communication for stakeholders, while delivering practical administrative support

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent experience with exposure to asset management, financial services, regulatory operations, legal, compliance, fund administration, fund documentation, or disclosure production.
• Knowledge of UCITS funds, fund documentation, product disclosures, or regulatory filing processes is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review technical and regulatory documentation accurately.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track disclosure-related activities, ensuring regulatory and fund documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Partner with Product, Legal, and Fund teams, coordinating across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate projects from initiation through completion, monitoring progress and deadlines.
• Maintain and oversee fund documentation, ensuring records are up to date and compliant.
• Monitor workflow activity, provide status updates, and act as a central point of communication for stakeholders.
• Deliver administrative and operational support to the wider team, contributing to governance and day-to-day operations.
