Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior professional to lead end-to-end prospectus lifecycle management for our asset management funds. You will coordinate regulatory filings, liaise with legal counsel and regulators, and drive process improvements across jurisdictions.

With 3+ years in asset management, you will craft client-friendly disclosures, manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and oversee documentation quality to ensure timely fund approvals and market launches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in asset management or related industry.
• Hands-on experience with legal or regulatory documents and content creation.
• Direct experience in a product/legal role focusing on fund documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process for prospectus cycles across fund ranges and domiciles.
• Coordinate regulatory approvals and responses with regulators and external counsel.
• Drive efficiencies and governance in fund documentation projects across markets.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across prospectuses, shareholder notices and governing documents.
• Draft client communications and manage timelines for governance meetings.
• Manage external vendors responsible for registration and publication of fund documents.
• Provide fund product expertise to internal stakeholders and respond to client queries.
