Job summary

BNY seeks an EMEA Regulatory Reporting Disclosure Specialist – Vice President in Manchester to lead end-to-end Pillar 3 disclosures, ensuring accurate data and timely publication. Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in financial services, regulatory reporting, financial reporting or risk reporting.
• Experience in prudential regulatory reporting under the Basel framework is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of CRR, CRD, MIFIDPRU, IFD and IFR regulations is desirable.
• Proven time management to handle conflicting priorities and pressure.
• Effective communication with multi-national senior stakeholders and ability to influence timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production of regulatory reporting disclosures (Pillar 3) from planning through publication.
• Ensure timely and accurate production and validation of quantitative data for Pillar 3 disclosures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on qualitative data and develop production timetables.
• Manage production within agreed timelines and control processes with timely escalation.
• Assemble and finalise Pillar 3 disclosure reports with validation and sign-off.
• Support governance and approval processes for disclosure reports.
• Provide regulatory change support across EMEA disclosure owners.
• Update disclosure policy and internal control reporting as needed.
• Support other deliverables within the regulatory reporting service delivery group.
