Job summary

inspiring vet care is seeking an organised Receptionist for our Highcroft practice in Hailsham. The role is 30-35 hours across 4 days with one Saturday morning in 5, full-time/part-time permanent. You will be the friendly face for clients and their pets, managing registrations, appointments and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets at the door, guiding them from registration to appointment management.
• Assist with insurance forms and client/patient journey alongside clinical/non-clinical colleagues.
• Support smooth running of the practice by handling enquiries and coordinating communications.
