Head of PMO - Staffordshire

Salary: 80-90k + excellent benefits

We're seeking an experienced Head of PMO to take on a senior leadership position, leading and developing a growing team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Project Support staff.

As Head of PMO, you'll shape and mature the project delivery framework, champion best practice, and play a pivotal role in ensuring major programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. You'll be the escalation point for risks, resources, and delivery challenges, while driving continuous improvement and embedding a culture of excellence across the business.

This is a career-defining opportunity for an ambitious Senior Project Manager looking to step into a senior leadership position. You'll have the autonomy to shape a PMO function, influence strategic decision-making, and lead on transformation initiatives that will impact the future success of the organisation.
