Frasers Group is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead the group’s paid search, affiliate, and social media strategies. You will own the customer acquisition framework, manage substantial budgets, and drive growth across brands such as Sports Direct and FLANNELS.

You will lead a talented marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and deliver measurable improvements in brand visibility and profitable sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior management role within digital marketing.
• Proven track record of crafting and executing performance marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management at all levels.
• Ability to adapt quickly to marketing, tech and consumer trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy.
• Oversee budget allocation and bid management for ROI.
• Lead affiliate marketing program and partner relationships.
• Develop social media strategies across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat.
• Collaborate with SEO and analytics teams to drive conversions.
• Guide cross-functional teams and mentor a high-performing marketing group.
