Job summary

Boux Avenue seeks a senior performance marketing leader to accelerate growth for our fashion eCommerce business. You will own the performance marketing strategy, manage a large digital budget, and collaborate with Brand Marketing and eCommerce to deliver full funnel campaigns in the UK and internationally.

You will bring deep Paid Social expertise, AI-enabled optimization, measurement discipline, and cross-functional leadership to drive high quality traffic, new customer growth, and brand

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering growth in fashion eCommerce.
• Excellent knowledge of performance marketing channels, especially Paid Social.
• Experience launching international markets.
• AI literate and actively using AI to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the performance marketing strategy and channels.
• Identify new opportunities to grow the business and re-engage customers.
• Oversee measurement framework, incrementality testing and marketing mix analyses.
• Lead creative strategy for paid channels with agencies and brand teams.
• Manage end-to-end performance marketing budget and pacing.
• Lead, develop and mentor the performance marketing team.
• Develop strong partner relationships with agencies and platform partners.
