Fresha is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to own and lead our global acquisition strategy from its London, UK offices. You will oversee paid search and paid social for B2B and B2C, build a high-performing team, and own budgets to translate marketing spend into sustainable growth.

You will partner with Marketing, Data & Analytics, Design, and Commercial teams to maximise ROI, CAC, ROAS and LTV while driving cross-market expansion and experimentation with new platforms.

Competenze

• 7–8+ years of performance marketing experience.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale campaigns in data-driven environments.
• Ability to set global strategy while managing details.

Mansioni

• Own global performance marketing across paid search and paid social for B2B and B2C.
• Build and lead a high-performing in-house team at global scale.
• Own budgets and key metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversions).
