RSM UK is seeking a strategic Head of People Operations to lead a high‑performing, service‑focused team across onboarding, changes, learning operations and mobility. You will shape an operating model for delivery at scale, optimise Workday, and drive AI and automation adoption to enhance employee experience.

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders and suppliers, set KPIs, and continuously improve processes to balance quality, cost and risk in a complex professional services environment.

Competenze

• Significant experience leading People Operations or shared services teams within a complex organisation.
• Strong service management and operating model expertise with a track record of simplifying processes.
• Experience of People technology and digital transformation, ideally including Workday, automation, AI and ticketing/workflow solutions.
• Strong data and insight capability with the commercial judgement to balance service quality, cost, risk and priorities.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and suppliers, and an inclusive leadership style.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop an inclusive Operations team delivering onboarding, employee changes, learning operations, global mobility, and rewards administration.
• Set clear service standards, SLAs and KPIs, and use data to measure performance and spot improvement opportunities.
• Simplify and standardise processes and embed scalable operating models that improve the employee and manager experience.
• Optimise Workday and introduce AI, automation and ticketing/workflow tools to increase efficiency and self-service.
• Build trusted relationships with People Business Partners, Centres of Expertise, Finance, Technology and Risk, and oversee key suppliers.
